Kemmer View Owner's Association is managed by a seven member board of directors, elected annually by owners. Also serving the community is the Architecture Review Commitee, responsible for approving changes to the exterior of properties.

Kemmer View Estates is a community of 91 beautiful homes sitting atop Cooper Mountain in  Beaverton, OR. Our homeowners enjoy amazing views, excellent schools, and a short walk to Cooper Mountain Nature Park.

Management of HOA affairs are handled by AMS. Homeowners should login to the portal on the AMS website to pay dues, request services or access financials and meeting minutes.
